Re-Do & Return Policy

We strive to offer our clients the highest level of customer satisfaction.  If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let your stylist know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue within the limitations discussed during your consultation with the same stylist, as there are NO REFUNDS on services.  Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges or full store credit, for 14 days from your initial purchase.

Cancelation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our clients, we require a 24hr notice for penalty free cancelations.  Clients will be required to have a credit or debit card on file with their client profile account to serve as a depost for any scheduled appointment.  Clients canceling appointments with less than 24hrs notice will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment that will be charged to the card on file.  No show appointments will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment that will be charged to the card on file.  Clients who No Show more than once, must prepay in full, for any services that they would like to schedule. Additionally, new client appointments that are not confirmed within 48 hours are subject to cancelation at the discretion of the salon.
